Known for its selection of wood-grilled and oven-roasted steaks, chops, fresh fish and made-to-order pastas, BRIO (meaning “lively” or “full of life”) is a casual, white-tablecloth restaurant serving authentic, northern Italian cuisine. The more than 10,000-square-foot restaurant, designed by RSA Architects, will feature a Tuscan-style design reminiscent of an Italian villa.  Interior features will include: hardwood Cypress flooring; arched colonnades; hand-crafted Italian mosaics; sizable wrought-iron chandeliers; and Arabescato marble-imported from Italy. BRIO will also feature a and indoor/outdoor 3,000 square foot terrace complete with seating for up to 88, and contemporary sliding glass windows. In addition, three private dining areas will be available for groups of up to 50.

In addition to an extensive lunch and dinner menu, BRIO will also offer brunch, available Saturdays and Sundays from 11a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and the $3.95 Tuscan Tasters bar menu, featuring standouts such as Spicy Shrimp and Eggplant, Beef Carpaccio, BRIO Burger and several flatbreads and bruschettas available in the bar Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and a reverse happy hour from 9 p.m. to close. During the week, guests can cool off with $5 weeknight drink specials from 4 p.m. to close, including cocktails such as housemade Sangrias, Mojitos, Martinis and Wine. New to the lineup will be their $5 Martini Wednesdays, which features more than a dozen martini specialties that will be available both in the bar and dining room.

BRIO will be located at 3029 Kirby Drive and open seven days a week Sunday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.  Executive Chef Mike Pawlowski and General Manager Erica Gibson will head the management team.
