The Junior League of Houston, INC. Has Announce that Marian Hearne Hilpert Has Been Named President for 2013-2014
The Junior League of Houston, Inc. has announced that Marian Hearne Hilpert has been named President for 2013 – 2014. Hilpert has been a member of the Junior League of Houston for nine years. Hilpert and her husband, Tim, have two children, Luke age 7 and Lily Ana age 5. She has been a very active and dedicated member of the Junior League of Houston. “I truly believe in all the wonderful work the Junior League does in Houston, and I’m honored to be a part of this great organization. This year the League will contribute approximately $2 million in volunteer time and direct financial support to 38 community projects, community assistance grants, emergency and resource contingency grants, community collaborations and Done In A Day activities,” Hilpert said. Other officers named for the 2013 – 2014 term are: President-Elect – Elizabeth Graves Love, Community Vice President – Stephanie Lowrey Magers, Development Vice President – Rachel Podsednik Regan, Financial Vice President – Angela Dawn Greak; Membership Vice President – Sarah Heck Snyder, and Recording Secretary – Shannon Beirne Wiesedeppe.
