Based on the data,Houstonis home to the country’s worst packrats, with 41.5% of moves within the ironically nicknamed “Space City” requiring two or more full-sized moving trucks, and the average move taking a whopping 897 minutes! Below please find the full list of the messiest U.S. cities:1.Houston: For moves in our biggest “packrat” city, close to half (41.56%) required two or more trucks. The average move time is almost 15 hours.2.Orlando:Since 2020, roughly 40% of Bellhop’s moves in the city have required two or more trucks, with an average move time of just over 15 hours.3.San Antonio: The second TX city on our list, the average move time in San Antonio is a little less than 14 and a half hours, but only 31.89% involve unloading two or more trucks.4.Miami: Residents in MIA seem to be in denial about how much stuff they own. Approximately 30.5% of moves take longer than scheduled, with an average unloading time of just over 14 hours.5.Detroit:” 31.3% of moves In the “Motor City take longer than expected, but only 13 and a half hours to unload.6.Jacksonville:39.2% of moves in Jacksonville require two or more trucks.
