Children’s Museum of Houston hosted a triumphant afternoon of golf clubs, putting greens, and scorecards at the 4th Annual Randy Allen Spring Golf Classic at Memorial Park Golf Course.

Commemorating the memory of Randy Allen, the event was chaired by his wife, Laurie and his two brothers, Eddie and Wilson Allen.

The tournament was an overall victory, with more than $200,000 raised for the Museum’s outreach and free and reduced admissions programs, ensuring that no visitor is turned away due to financial constraints.

Geoff Leach, Willy Taveras, Thom Brandt, and Trey Wilkinson had the best day on the green, with their team earning first place overall.

Individual winners for Closest to the Pin contest were Kelly Bolin (men’s) and Kayla Sickman (ladies’).
