Chloe Dao Addresses the Audience

The Houston chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women added some sunset sizzle to their fall fundraising and networking calendar with a sky high, high fashion runway show on the 28^th floor of Skanska’s newly completed Norton Rose Fulbright Tower, steps from Discovery Green.

Project Runway alum and Houston treasure Chloe Dao was responsible for a series of stunning holiday ready looks, modeled by a myriad of industry mavens and cheered on by a crowd of 150. For many, this was a first look at The Summit, the building’s one-of-a-kind tenant amenity space, designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and featuring a rooftop terrace with dazzling city views.

Co-sponsored by JLL, the evening of networking and noshing included signature cocktails, light bites from nearby Phoenicia along with remarks from CREW’s Elaine Howard, McKenzie Followill, Arliss Brodie and Natalie Wilkins, as well as Skanska’s Brandon Hendricks. Chloe Dao spoke about her background in fashion and journey to become one of Houston’s most prominent designers.
